Your Team Responsibilities

The Real Assets Sales Specialist will be an integral member of a dynamic sales team that collaborates closely with investment analysts and marketing professionals. This role will involve active engagement with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success across the organization.

MSCIs Real Assets provides a comprehensive suite of data analytics indexes and research designed to help institutional investors measure manage and optimize their real asset portfolios. Built on more than 40 years of expertise in real estate and infrastructure performance measurement MSCI delivers globally recognized benchmarksincluding the MSCI Global Quarterly Property Index and a broad range of private infrastructure indexesalong with deep market insights that support strategic and tactical investment decisions.

Our solutions enable investors to understand drivers of risk and return across private real estate infrastructure and other real assets. MSCI integrates market-leading data robust analytical models and forward-looking research to help clients navigate complex markets assess asset-level and portfolio-level performance and allocate capital with confidence. As allocations to real assets continue to grow globally MSCIs Real Assets business plays a critical role in helping investors manage transparency comparability and portfolio resilience across diverse market conditions.

The Real Assets Sales Specialist will be an integral member of a dynamic sales team that collaborates closely with investment analysts and marketing professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients providing them with insights on real asset opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with research and investment teams to tailor proposals and presentations that align with client objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning in the real assets sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and client education materials.
  • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to proactively address client concerns and inform sales strategies.
  • Report on sales performance and key metrics making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Proven track record in sales or business development ideally within real assets real estate or infrastructure sectors with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and assess potential investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to diverse client needs.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented approach with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in both French and English with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.
