We are looking for a Planning & Reporting Engineer for one of our clients with the following details :

Starting date : ASAP - Q1 2025

Duration : 12 months - Renewable

Status : Residential

Location : Paris area (at Contractors offices), then Sohar, Oman

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Professional Experience (years) : 10-15
  • Experience in similar position (years) : 5-10
  • Level / Diploma : Engineer, or Master or equivalent required by the Omani Immigration.
  • Perfect knowledge of PRIMAVERA mandatory.
  • Languages : English mandatory

Activities :

  • Supervising, controlling and coordinating the activities related to Work Packages scheduling and planning and progress measurement; this includes active participation to the development of the project integrated schedule supervision and progress measurement activities.
  • Developing and maintaining schedules at Project level, with analysis of critical path and potential clashes and proposal of remedial actions / solutions.
  • Ensuring availability at all times of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation.
  • Ensuring reporting at Project level (for issuance of Weekly reports, Monthly Report, for preparation of internal follow-up meetings and shareholders meetings...).
  • The service holder shall observe and shall impose strict confidentiality during all along the course of the Project. The service holder reports to the Project Control Lead.
  • The service holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements and for implementing and controlling HSSE rules within his area of responsibility.
