Construction Manager
Construction Manager - Paris - 12-Month Contract
Our client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a Construction Manager to join them on their new expansion project.
Based in a charming french location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.
Responsibilities and Requirements :
- Responsible for developing Construction Quality Management Plan and Construction Management Plan for the project. These documents will be part of the RFP for the construction companies.
- Provide leadership and management oversight for Contractors and their sub-contractors in the construction / installation planning, sequencing, coordination and interfaces management within the extended project delivery team and wider AZ parties (Operations, Facilities Management, Site SHE and etc.);
- Oversee the Construction Quality requirements with Contractor(s) to ensure that a robust in process inspection & testing plan is in place.
- Oversee and manage the approval of onsite mock-ups and samples from Contractor(s) with the AZ project key members.
- Oversee the completion and compilation of accurate as-built drawings and Turnover Packages
- Be actively part of the discussion during the Change notice meeting.
- Develops and maintains a construction Plan-Do-Review Board of project build sequence and schedule status for team coordination and communication.
- Act as an interface with site stakeholders to address and resolve any issues in the interfaces with site and with any external to site stakeholders.
- Confirming building plans with surveyors, architects, and engineers
