About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Strategist you will support and advise advertisers across Arabic- and English-speaking markets.
You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to design optimize and scale data-driven digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role combines strategic thinking analytical skills and client-facing communication making it ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in digital marketing within LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals

• Advise advertisers on best practices for products and solutions

• Analyze campaign performance using KPIs insights and data trends

• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI engagement and conversion rates

• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Marketing and Account Management

• Manage relationships with Arabic- and English-speaking clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Prepare performance reports and deliver clear actionable recommendations

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

• Experience or strong interest in digital marketing online advertising or strategy

• EU Nationality or Bulgaria Residence Permit mandatory

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads Google Ads Meta etc.)

• Knowledge of KPIs campaign optimization and A/B testing

• Background in marketing business communications or a related field

• Experience working with international or multicultural clients
