Operations Project Leader

based in Estrées-Saint-Denis (10 minutes from Compiègne)

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your main mission will be:

• Manage operational projects from conception to completion (robotisation, equipment installation or refurbishment, …) in close synergy with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, cost optimisation, environmental conformity and safety.
• Identify and analyse technical issues, propose innovative engineering solutions, drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and processes optimisations across EMEA.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in developing the maintenance strategy and implementing maintenance and production projects to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Be a technical support of the maintenance team.
• Negotiate intelligently with suppliers to secure favourable terms and ensure timely delivery and in full accordance with our expectations and legal requirements. Supervise and validate work of suppliers to ensure excellent service.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in maintenance and/or project management.
• Proven experience in industrial project management (maintenance and/or production environments).
• Knowledge of maintenance strategies and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience or appetence in AI and robotisation would be an advantage.
• Experience in negotiation and ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Knowledge in legal aspect and regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as strong, honest, and dynamic leadership
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
• Proficiency in French and English.
