ACTIVITIES
The Employee will ensure that key corporate and product messages are communicated effectively to target audiences inside and outside the company. Develops, plans, and executes outbound marketing activities for the company, including public relations, tradeshows, events, online & offline communication, social media, lead generation, product launches, branding in accordance with the given budget and Group’s corporate image. The employee continuously and actively updates the Subsidiary’s Direction of the ongoing activities and suggests new strategies relating his / her activities.
Main responsibilities include :
- Define a marketing plan taking into account local sales strategies yet complying with central marketing guidelines & tools and actively proposing successful marketing strategies.
- Development of yearly marketing budget of marketing department and monthly report under the supervision of the Subsidiary Director
- Organize, supervise and carry out complex internal customers events, external trade shows, sales training and conferences managing all activities related to these events respecting timings and deadlines, ie :
o Liaise with Sales team to schedule events throughout the year
o prepare event agenda,
o registration forms for customer events,
o trade show space booking,
o ordering event materials / literature,
o plan / arrange catering,
o Hotel rooms, transfers, other services booking and update
o event’s communications (social media, invites newsletters, press releases, etc.)
o vendors selection and supervision
o contractor selection and supervision
o Develop media packs & giveaways
Develop and coordinate the local communication plan (liaise with magazines and websites, selecting right ones, negotiating rates and preparing contents)Production of written materials, including press releases, corporate marketing materials, company website content, briefing material, press articles and other communications (with the guidance of HQ).Execute overall PR plan for the companyCarry out website maintenance and update (local website derives and is integrated in a global website strategy)Manage local social media company pages, updating them regularly, producing contents for them and promoting them through the right toolsREQUIREMENTS
