Director of Operations - AI Start Up

About Our Client

Our client is an AI business developing technology that helps organisations improve reliability and solve complex problems with greater efficiency.

The company is experiencing rapid growth, supported by leading investors, and already works with an international customer base. To strengthen operations and prepare for the next stage of expansion, they are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) .

This position is highly operational, with responsibility for running projects, building scalable processes, and working closely with the CEO to execute strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the CEO to define and deliver company strategy and performance objectives
• Support the development of go-to-market initiatives and operational plans
• Translate strategy into measurable goals and ensure effective execution
• Lead cross-functional projects such as team expansion, product rollouts, and new market entry
• Establish policies and processes that support company culture and growth
• Use data and metrics to monitor progress and drive improvements
