Art Director - Gear Fight

Our portfolio includes charttopping games like Mob Control and Block Jam alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.

Team

You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this highpotential game up to the successful and midcore title it is meant to become.

In this exciting role your initial focus will be on Gear Fight! a game that has already demonstrated significant promise and captured our attention with its compelling core mechanics and engaging gameplay. Youll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and refinement of Gear Fight! leveraging its existing traction to build a truly exceptional player experience.

Role

• Good understanding of the midcorecasual mobile game market to help the team to deliver fun innovative and entertaining games.
• Take a visual approach to gameplay ideas / features and give them their own spin.
• Oversee the creative vision and direction of a live game with a large playerbase ensuring a cohesive and appealing visual style.
• Lead the design and development of game assets including characters environments and user interface elements with a focus on creating a memorable player experience.
• Drive the enhancement of the game with striking visual effects (VFX) and fluid animations setting high standards for visual quality.
• Coordinate closely with development teams to integrate artistic elements in Unity addressing technical challenges through innovative solutions.
• Guide the use of 2D and 3D techniques to elevate game visuals making strategic decisions based on the games needs.
• Champion the adoption of advanced art production tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve asset quality.
• Collaborate closely with product owners designers and engineers to ensure art direction aligns with game mechanics and overall player experience
• Contribute to defining workflows team org and hiring
