Our mission : to make private conversations simple, secure, and meaningful, through a beautifully designed mobile app that empowers people to connect authentically and confidently .

We’re entering a key stage : the complete redesign of our mobile app and user experience .

To make it happen, we’re looking for a UX / UI Designer, someone passionate about product, emotion-driven design, and crafting premium mobile experiences.

🎯 Your role

As UX / UI Designer , you’ll be the driving force behind the Hush experience, from vision to execution.

You will :

• Define and elevate the design vision across all user touchpoints, blending beauty, clarity, and emotion.
• Partner with the CTPO , developers, and our branding agency to build a seamless and coherent design language.
• Rebuild and evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and visual harmony.
• Rethink the end-to-end user journey (onboarding, messaging, social interactions), crafting experiences that feel intuitive and human.
• Lead user research and testing , transforming insights into design improvements.
• Work closely with engineers to deliver smooth handoffs and pixel-perfect implementations (Flutter-based stack).
• Contribute to the product roadmap , bringing your UX perspective to strategic discussions and product decisions.
