Tasks

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our EMEA Process Solutions Field Service organization. In this pivotal role, you will align regional operations with our Global Services strategy, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will take ownership of the P&L for the regional Field Service Business, ensuring revenue growth, effective cost control, and margin stability. Your mission will include defining and executing a robust Field Service Strategy that aligns with global objectives. You will also be responsible for driving service and spare parts revenue growth through tailored regional strategies. Leading a high-performing team across multiple countries, you will manage Service Partners to meet quality and compliance standards. Your leadership will foster a collaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to implement service plans that support our sales efforts. - This position is based at our Molsheim campus in France, located near Strasbourg. It involves business travel that may require up to 30 / 40% of your time.

Profile

• Proven experience of at least 5 years leading regional Field Service operations in a complex, matrixed and multi-country environment.
• Strong track record in service growth, KPI delivery, and process standardization.
• Previous experience managing teams, ideally managing managers, with excellent leadership skills, including performance management and talent development.
• Ability to thrive in high-stress environments while maintaining focus on customer outcomes.
• Knowledge of the Life Sciences sector would be an additional asset.
• Proficiency in French and English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• A passion for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
