Main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 12 digital professionals (internal staff and contractors) distributed across three chemistry platform sites
• Drive digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all digital services, including infrastructure, applications (MES, LIMS, ERP, AI/GenAI), and cybersecurity
• Partner with business leaders and M&S digital product lines to identify needs, shape strategy, and deliver solutions that maximize business value
• Manage the digital portfolio and budget for the chemistry platform, participating in Strategic Plan and Long-Range Planning cycles
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory (GxP, SOX, data privacy), and cybersecurity standards while maintaining site cybersecurity performance targets
• Oversee daily operations, service continuity, and relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Champion digital transformation initiatives that enhance manufacturing processes and supply chain efficiency

Experience:

• Proven track record in IT leadership roles within pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing, ideally in multi-site environments

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong leadership with experience managing geographically dispersed teams
• Deep knowledge of industrial IT systems (MES, LIMS, SCADA, ERP) and digital transformation in manufacturing
• Agile mindset with expertise in project management, change management, and business partnering
• Strategic thinking with strong decision-making and consulting abilities
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and GxP compliance requirements
• Comfortable with regular travel between sites

Education:

• Engineering degree or Master's in computer science, information systems, or related field

Languages:

• Fluent in French and English
