SALES ASSISTANT PARIS

As part of our team, you will accompany our customers on their journey into the world of Wolford. With charisma and a natural enthusiasm for luxury goods, you will provide expert individual advice to our customers and offer them a unique shopping experience.

YOUR TASKS:

• Offering outstanding advice and close support to our international clientele, adopting a customer centric approach.

• Engaging new customers for our customer retention program and attracting them with our latest promotion and boutique campaigns

• Merchandise management

• Arranging the store and creating an exceptional and customized customer experience through storytelling and powerful questions.

• Processing information via MS Office

YOUR PROFILE:

• 2-4 years of relevant retail experience

• Strong fashion sense and ability to interpret trends

• Understanding of retail KPIs

• Strong sales skills

• Willing to work flexibly

• Reliable and dynamic, even in stressful situations

• Proactive and independent attitude with a well-developed sense of responsibility

• Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus.
