Job Description

As a Lead AI Developer , you will join our Cross-Connectors squad whose mission is to ensure the proper functioning and optimization of our API. You will lead the effort of accelerating the building of connectors to financial institutions, that is custom code that securely aggregates financial data and delivers it to our clients via our APIs.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Design, build, and maintain systems to accelerate the building of connectors to financial institutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data aggregation.
• Integrate agentic AI / LLM-based workflows into our connector delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with the product team to align connector development with client needs and business goals.
• Partner with the DevOps and architecture team to ensure high availability, performance, and security of connectors.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, from active participation in the AI strategy, to concept, to production, while sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Stay pragmatic : Focus on leveraging existing AI / LLM tools and frameworks to solve real-world problems, avoiding unnecessary reinvention.
