Job Title :   Quality & EHS Specialist

Job Location :   Boulogne-Billancourt, France

Main Responsibilities :

• Ensure the implementation of the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Information Security policies and objectives set up by the company’s management.
• Develop and make available all the documentation necessary for the implementation of the requirements of the standards in terms of quality, safety & environment, and information security management.
• Ensure the durability of the certifications in force (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301) and propose actions to improve the Integrated Management System.
• Prepare and lead the management reviews of the Integrated Management System of the company and ensure the implementation of improvement actions.
• Assist the management and process managers in identifying and analyzing risks and opportunities and propose solutions to minimize them.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections and monitoring of the performance of the IMS. Assist managers in defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform supplier audits to ensure they can reach Huawei Q&EHS requirements.
• Perform normative and legal monitoring, identify the requirements applicable to Safety & Environment and ensure the implementation of actions ensuring the company's compliance with them.
• Answer to customers or suppliers for questions related to quality, safety and environment.
• Plan and organize awareness and training actions to develop the Q&EHS culture

within the company.
