We are now looking for a Project Manager H/F to join our forward-looking team.

The position is permanent and the preferred location for the position is in Nantes, France.

What will you be doing

Within Wartsila Marine Power, you will be integrated in an exciting international project management of professionals that leadprojects to success worldwide.
Integrated into the "Project Management" department, you will be in charge of ensuring the success of the projects, both in terms oforganization and quality. You will ensure adherence to deadlines and cost monitoring in accordance with customer agreements. Youwill work in an international environment, primarily for "Marine" clients.

As Project Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Ensuring control of the design in accordance with the client's specifications
• Coordinating the actions of the various stakeholders and ensure communication with our customers and our suppliers.
• Managing the financial aspect of the case, control and justify deviations
• Ensuring the contractual relationship and compliance with our obligations
• Negotiating any amendments to the contract

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

Higher education in the technical and/or maritime field (or equivalent experience)
Significant experience of at least 5 years in the field of project management
Good understanding of the world of ship building.
Proficiency in IT tools (Pack Office, SAP)
Fluency in English
Independency and proven skills in negotiation and customer contact

Nous recrutons un Chef de Projet H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Le poste est à durée indéterminée et sera basé à Nantes, France.

Vos responsabilités :

Au sein de Wartsila Marine Power, vous serez intégré(e) à une équipe internationale de professionnels qui mènent des projets à biendans le monde entier.
Intégré(e) au département "Project Management", vous serez chargé(e) d'assurer la réussite des projets, tant en termesd'organisation que de qualité. Vous veillerez au respect des délais et au suivi des coûts conformément aux accords conclus avec lesclients. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement international, principalement pour des clients "Marine".

Plus spécifiquement, vous serez responsable de :

• Assurer le contrôle de la conception conformément aux spécifications du client
• Coordonner les actions des différents intervenants et assurer la communication avec nos clients et nos fournisseurs.
• Gérer l'aspect financier du dossier, contrôler et justifier les déviations.
• Assurer la relation contractuelle et le respect de nos obligations
• Négocier tout amendement au contrat

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, nous attendons de vous que vous ayez :

• Une formation supérieure dans le domaine technique et/ou maritime (ou une expérience équivalente)
• Une expérience significative d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de la gestion de projet
• Bonne compréhension du monde de la construction navale.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, SAP)
• Maîtrise de l'anglais
• Autonomie et compétences avérées en matière de négociation et de contact client.
