Store Manager (35h)
Start date: Mid-February
Availability: Weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts required
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to convey the Meller essence.
- Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional in-store experience.
- Set clear objectives and keep the team focused on achieving them.
- Oversee daily store operations: cash register, stock, replenishment, organization, promotions.
- Communicate directly with the retail team in Barcelona to track KPIs, objectives, and team development.
- Solve issues, make decisions, and propose continuous improvements.
- Ensure the store looks impeccable and is always ready to surprise customers.

Requisitos
What we are looking for
- Experience in retail or customer service (minimum 1 year as Store Manager).
- Languages: English required; French and Spanish are a plus.
- Experience working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to different shifts.
- Attention to detail and strong sense of organization and presentation.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
