As part of the commercial launch of stYle Collections, YXELON, a French signature of sustainable premium fashion & lifestyle, is structuring its BtoB network and is recruiting 1 Business Developer.
Tasks
Your role:
As an Independent Business Developer, under contract, you are the exclusive YXELON representative in your area.
Your mission is twofold:
- To develop a network of qualified B2B partners
- To establish a lasting presence for the brand in your territory
You will act as a true ambassador for the YXELON brand, with significant autonomy in organizing your activities.
Your missions:
- Prospecting, opening and retaining a network of B2B partners:
- concept stores and multi-brand stores
- lifestyle & accessories stores
- hotels, resorts, boutique hotels
- spaces for mobility, sport, well-being
- places with strong lifestyle coherence
- Presenting and marketing the stYle Collections (clothing & accessories)
- Ensure sales follow-up and partner relations
- Deploying YXELON's DNA, values and vision locally
- Identify development opportunities in your area
- Contribute to the long-term construction of the network (quality before volume)
Requirements
Profile sought
- Experience in B2B sales (fashion, accessories, lifestyle, sports, hospitality, mobility…)
- Multi-brand agents or entrepreneurial profiles welcome
- Existing network appreciated, but not required
- Strong autonomy, interpersonal skills, reliability
- Sensitivity to responsible premium brands
- Ability to adopt a long-term perspective

The number of Business Developers is intentionally limited in order to guarantee:

- the quality of partnerships
- real revenue potential per area
Compensation & Earning Potential
Commissions can be combined:
- 7% on the pre-tax B2B revenue of your area
- 2.5% on the pre-tax revenue generated by the independent direct sales representatives (IDSR) affiliated with your region (BtoC)
- 2.5% on the pre-tax revenue of affiliated local ambassadors
- 5% on the pre-tax turnover of affiliated local partners
➡️ A hybrid model that generates both direct and recurring revenue.

Depending on the involvement and development of the area:
👉 potential annual revenue of up to ~€230K in commissions.
