As an early-stage startup, we’re looking for a creative, pragmatic, autonomous and solution-oriented senior event project manager who loves to drive projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure our events run smoothly, build complex experiences such as international retreats, and support younger team members in managing top-tier customer accounts. What You’ll Do Event Project Management : Lead events end-to-end ensuring high-quality delivery. Event Creation : Design complex events from scratch, source and coordinate partners, own the planning, and be the go-to contact for customers. Ops & Process Optimisation : Streamline workflows, automate low-value tasks, and boost overall efficiency. Customer & Partner Relationships : Be a key contact for our clients and vendors, making their experience seamless and impactful.
