About the Role
We’re partnering with a leading global mobile device manufacturer to hire a VIP Customer Support Agent based in Paris. In this highly visible role, you'll provide dedicated technical support to high-profile and VIP clients, ensuring a seamless and premium experience across both phone and email channels.
You’ll be part of a specialized support team, solving complex technical issues and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality of the brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver white-glove support to VIP customers, focusing on smartphones and connected electronic devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to mobile OS, connectivity, app performance, and device settings
- Respond to escalated issues with urgency, professionalism, and empathy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and accurate resolution of technical problems
- Maintain detailed logs of support interactions and contribute to service improvement efforts
