RESPONSABILITES :

Rattach au prsident dAlliance Healthcare vos missions sont les suivantes :

• Assistanat classique des membres du Comex
• Gestion dagendas complexes et mouvants avec une dimension internationale
• Support aux membres du Comex
• Organisation de runions sminaires
• Prises de notes rdaction de compterendu / minutes (ventuellement)
• Organisation des dplacements
• Coordination et rle dinterface entre les diffrentes interlocuteurs internes et externes
• Suivi de dossiers spcifiques (contrats assurances honoraires etc.)
• Administration courante : prparation de supports de communication rdaction de courriers saisie des notes de fais traitement des emails
• Dossier compliance
