Role : Brand Financial Controller Synthesis & Methodological Lead for Brand and Global Innovation Financial Tracking : performance monitoring management of budget processes and oversight of strategic initiatives.
Scope :
Global scope covering the Boursin and Kiri brands as well as central marketing budgets.
Management :
Direct management of one team member responsible for monitoring marketing spend.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure consistency in financial tracking for brands within the team; proactively propose shared tools and methods (for monthly reviews forecasts budgets business plans).
- Guarantee the availability of shared data (Power BI dynamic Excel tools etc.).
- Provide the Group with clear visibility on brand performance summaries (monthly forecasts budgets business plans).
- Ensure the brand perspective is fully considered during key decision moments and integrated within the Groups financial systems.
- Monitor and coordinate central marketing budgets (research activation advertising for global brands).
- Coordinate common tools and processes across the team in collaboration with the Group FP&A team.
- Diagnose and implement plans to improve brand profitability.
- Oversee the financial tracking of the brands strategic prioritie.
- Simulate product P&Ls for innovation and renovation projects in close relation with marketing product development and operations teams.
