What will you do? As an HR Data Analyst Intern attached to the Total Rewards team, your goal is to help infuse a data-driven culture in the HR department of Teads.

To develop BI within our HR department, you will support the team in :

• Cleaning and maintaining our current tools and processes around HR data, in our HRIS and in connection with our ATS and our HR strategy tool.
• Improving, optimizing, streamlining and automating HR data flows , through the connection between several APIs.
• Creating HR decision support tools and dashboards (payroll management, budget, etc.).
• Communicating BI knowledge and best practices to HR teams and supporting them towards a data-driven approach shared by all.
