Role Overview

The Design Engineer, Product Integration will be responsible for the development of the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical interface between the tractor and front loader for various tractor brands. The development of new products is often done in close cooperation with our Partners. Key Responsibilities

• Design new product adaptation requested by marketing and sales and / or OEM-customer and in close cooperation with requester, following the customers time plan.
• Conducts field work performing 3D-scanning and measuring new tractors, prototype test fits and product audits often at or together with the customer.
• Model scanned structures and use them as a basis for design
• Ensure product developments
• Understand and diagram electrical and hydraulic circuits
• Support production and prototype workshops at the factory
• Responsible for planning, controlling and reporting on all ongoing and future tasks.
• Support JOST sales and support organization by updating the product configurator and support with cause of failure investigations within the area of reasonability
• Performs successfully under time pressure with several parallel projects ongoing at the same time
