E-commerce Business Performance Analyst
The E-commerce Business Performance Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to assess the performance of Maison e-commerce activities. The role delivers actionable insights through dashboards, recurring reports, and in-depth analyses to support strategic decision-making.
The Analyst also plays an operational support role across e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, data reliability, and the identification of optimization opportunities. They are expected to maintain visibility across ongoing initiatives and contribute to their successful execution with a strong analytical and user-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Analytics & Monitoring
• Monitor key e-commerce performance indicators, including traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, add-to-cart rate, funnel drop-off, and average order value.
• Build, maintain, and improve automated dashboards (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.) for both Group and Maison stakeholders.
• Create monthly reports that provide a clear and efficient view of e-commerce performance across Maisons, with dedicated focuses by Maison and division.
• Track checkout flows, page performance, and product availability to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
Data Consolidation, Insight Generation & Reporting
• Extract, clean, and analyze data across web analytics, e-commerce platforms, and BI environments.
• Consolidate multi-Maison data on key strategic topics (e.g., returns, customer service, seasonal trends) to deliver a unified Group-level vision with clear brand benchmarks.
• Produce concise, action-oriented performance reports and conduct ad hoc deep dives (campaign impact, country trends, category performance) to drive operational efficiency and customer experience.
Data Governance & Consistency
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across analytics sources.
• Document tracking specifications, KPI definitions, and dashboard methodologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tracking implementation and tagging plans.
Project Support
• In close collaboration with data teams, support the development of reporting tools and dashboards in Power BI to improve the visibility, accessibility, and usability of e-commerce performance data and analytics services.
• Stay informed on all ongoing e-commerce projects, including feature rollouts, optimization initiatives, and testing roadmaps.
• Support e-commerce teams with performance data and analysis during project planning, rollout, and follow-up phases.
AI & Automation Projects
• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-based agents to automate selected analytics tasks, including data extraction, data formatting, cross-brand consolidation, and the creation of performance focuses by division or Maison.
• Help identify opportunities where AI can improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and insight generation.
• Support the adoption of new AI-enabled workflows within the e-commerce performance and reporting ecosystem.

Requirements

Senior E-commerce / Digital Performance Analyst with strong data and business expertise.

Hands-on experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare and Power BI/Tableau/Looker.

Strong skills in conversion analysis, reporting, customer journey optimization and actionable insights.

Comfortable working across E-commerce, Data and IT teams, with exposure to AI and automation.
