For our site in Chalon-sur-Saône which specializes in the production of glass bottles you will report to the Site Manager and functionally to the Chief Financial Officer of the Tubular Glass Europe and Asia Division. The Administrative and Financial Manager is responsible for the financial and administrative management of the site. He or she is assisted by an accountant and an accounting assistant. The duties are as follows :

• Act as the sites point of contact with local authorities and administrations within the scope of responsibility.
• Supervise accounting and financial activities.
• Manage the sites cash flow.
• Organize annual financial closings.
• Coordinate experts for all periodic declarations legal publications and the organization and holding of board meetings.
• Contribute to the development of the companys strategy.
• Oversee the management of the sites IT systems.
• Calculate sales prices.
• Prepare return on investment analyses in accordance with group guidelines.
• Develop annual budgets with the Site Manager and manage their revisions.
• Ensure regular reporting to the group and produce internal reports.
• Create action plans and internal reports to perform detailed analyses and monitor budgets.
• Maintain close and regular communication with the Group Finance Manager requiring fluency in spoken and written English.
