A social native, exploring and following the latest industry trends A solid understanding of marketing analytics , traffic optimization, and iteration. A creative, storytelling mindset with a strong visual sense. Excellent knowledge of English (French is a plus). A passion for sport, movement, and health - especially running! At Ochy , we are revolutionizing running performance through automated biomechanical analysis using video and artificial intelligence . Our mobile application analyzes runners' posture and movements to provide personalized feedback, targeted strengthening plans, and reduce the risk of injury.
Ochy is on a mission to bring elite-level biomechanical insights to everyone, anytime, anywhere - using nothing more than a smartphone and AI. We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to help accelerate user growth across all engaged channels, converting them into long-term advocates.
Position Overview
As the Digital Marketing Specialist at Ochy, you'll be a driving force behind our growth. You'll plan and execute campaigns that connect with runners worldwide, blending data-driven strategy with creative storytelling. Reporting to the Director of Marketing based in Stockholm (Sweden) and collaborating with product and biomechanics teams based in our HQ in Rennes (France), you'll lead marketing efforts across paid, organic, and community channels to drive acquisition and engagement.
Your Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize acquisition campaigns across Meta and other performance platforms.
- Shape and manage paid and organic strategies aligned with product and brand goals.
- Own and refine our omni-channel experience , ensuring seamless consumer journeys.
- Develop and co-create story-driven content and campaign assets.
- Drive mobile user growth (in-app events, App Store featuring, CRM campaigns and automation, etc...).
- Manage our social media calendar with a strong sense of trends, timing, and tone.
- Lead our App Store Optimization (ASO) and App Store Ads (ASA) strategies.
- Implement and analyze tracking, reporting, and performance metrics (experience with Adjust, Mixpanel, or GA is a plus).
- Drive community engagement initiatives to boost retention and build loyalty.
