En tant qu’Assistant(e) Commercial(e), vous êtes un véritable pilier de l’équipe de vente. Grâce à votre organisation et à votre réactivité, vous contribuez directement à la performance commerciale et à la satisfaction client. Vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable Commercial France et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de vente depuis notre site de Gasny, en France.
Au quotidien, vous aurez pour missions de :
Être le support privilégié de l’équipe commerciale : préparation des devis, suivi des demandes clients, interactions commerciales quotidiennes
Assurer la gestion du CRM : saisie et suivi des leads et opportunités, création et mise à jour des comptes clients, suivi de l’activité commerciale
Jouer un rôle clé dans le support client, en étant une interface régulière et fiable afin de garantir réactivité et qualité de service
Faciliter le travail des commerciaux en prenant en charge les tâches opérationnelles, leur permettant de se concentrer sur les visites clients et le développement des opportunités
Apporter un support ponctuel à d’autres équipes commerciales du groupe, dans un esprit de collaboration transverse
Profil recherché
Vous vous reconnaissez dans le profil suivant :
Formation commerciale ou administrative
Première expérience réussie dans un rôle de support commercial ou de service client
À l’aise avec les outils CRM et le pack Microsoft Office
Doté(e) d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles et relationnelles
Rigueur, proactivité et fort sens du service client
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés
Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable ; la connaissance de l’espagnol est un plus apprécié

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, you are a key pillar of the sales team. Thanks to your organization skills and responsiveness, you directly contribute to commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
You will report to the Sales Manager France and work closely with the sales team from our site in Gasny, in France.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary support for the sales team: preparing quotations, following up on customer requests, and handling daily sales interactions
Managing the CRM system: entering and tracking leads and opportunities, creating and updating customer accounts, and monitoring sales activity
Playing a central role in customer support, serving as a reliable point of contact to ensure responsiveness and high-quality service
Supporting sales representatives by taking ownership of operational tasks, allowing them to focus on customer visits and business development
Providing occasional support to other sales teams within the group, fostering cross-functional collaboration
Candidate Profile
You are likely to succeed in this role if you have:
A background in sales or administrative studies
A first successful experience in sales support or customer service
Confidence using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
The ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and multiple stakeholders
Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus
