Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of current experience Rheumatology Medical Assistant unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
• MN license is required

e. GED required.Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant programrequired AND on the job experience or training OR participation in aregistration program conducted by an accredited by a national health servicesorganization such as American Medical Technologists and passing thecredentialing exam.

Medical Assistant certification preferred Experience Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.Passed x-ray operator’s examination or willing to takeexam according to individual clinic needs.

Occupational Medicine experience preferred. Onlyapplicable for Occupational Medicine. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks in an efficientmanner.

Knowledge of and skill in using computer softwareapplications.Travel using personal vehicle to various local worksitesis required.

Only applicable for Occupational Medicine. Required Licensure OR Certification : Current BLS Certification Breath Alcohol Tester Certification Must obtain certification administered byBlaze Health AFTER hire.

Only applicable for Occupational Medicine Must possess a current driver's license in the state ofresidency with an acceptable driving record.

Only applicable for OccupationalMedicine Preferred Certification : Medical Assistant Certification Client does not require CMA but if candidate has an MA diploma they must have at least oneyear experience as a Medical Assistant.

Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing :

• Resume without time gaps and education notated.
• References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
• Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
• Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
• Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
• Current Yearly Physical
• TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
• BLS and any other certifications required of professional : AHA Preferred and often required
• Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
• Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
• Credentialing will require other documentation.
• Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
