IT Entreprise Architect (H/F)
Your daily life : the missions
You will be working as an Enterprise Architect in the Information Systems Department of the ODDO BHF Group, reporting to the Head Of IT Architecture, in charge of :
- Build, share and promote a vision of the Information System in functional and application terms, in line with the strategic objectives of the business lines and the challenges facing the IT Department
- Make decisions on the architecture of ODDO BHF Group's Information System, and bring arbitrations to the level of the architecture committee if necessary
- Design, manage and promote cross-functional projects aimed at improving the architecture of the Information System
Your main missions :
- Cross functional or project related architecture studies : As an architect, you are in charge of cross-functional studies and architecture projects contributing to major IS transformations.
- Evangelization and influence : You develop convictions on target and innovative architectures, and you like to evangelize and influence in order to implement them.
- Support & advisory : You support major projects in balancing their local choices with the bank's global optimum
- Review & Arbitration : You will conduct project architecture reviews and take decisions on ODDO BHF Group's architecture
- Contribution to the Architects Community : You will contribute to develop the practice of architecture within the IT Department and ODDO BHF Group's business lines, and you will play a key role in coordinating the community of architects in order to improve communication and support for project teams.
- Documentation : You play a key role in the development of the enterprise architecture repository to ensure that it is better understood by the teams.
- Technological & methodologywatch : You will be actively involved in strategic monitoring of new solutions and practices, in liaison with operational teams and innovation centers.
In so doing, you will be helping to build the digital bank of tomorrow.

Your remuneration
Your remuneration is adapted to your profile and skills. This remuneration is composed by a fix salary, bonus subject to individual arbitration at the end of each year, and profit-sharing.

Skills required
- Minimum 7 years of experience as functional or enterprise Architect preferably in PWM, AM or CIB, and experience in project management.
- Functional skills (Finance industry) :
Business architecture
Global knowledge of at least one business domain among PWM, AM, CIB or ICB
Project management

Excellent interpersonal skills
Good analytical and abstract skills
Would be a +
Technical Background : previous experience in software development
Banking industry regulation awareness : knowledge of regulation rules & process
Language : native French and English is required
