Context

Vitavea is a €75m omnichannel food supplements brand, and Havea Group's largest strategic brand. The brand generated c. €50m GMV in China Cross-Border E-Commerce in 2023, mainly on Douyin.

Havea is a European leader in natural health, generating c. €300m turnover through 6 strategic brands. The Group counts c.

1,000 employees between the Paris headquarters, the production site in Boufféré (Vendée), the field salesforce and the international subsidiaries (Italy, Germany, Belgium, Canada).

Group turnover is expected to double by 2027 with a combination of organic growth and M&A.

Vitavea is the major brand of the group and is rapidly developing its business in China. We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Assistant ( mandarin speaking ) to join our team.

You will assist our Marketing Manager in content creation for the Chinese market, helping to develop Vitavea's brand on the Chinese e-commerce platforms.

Main Responsabilities :

• Content Creation : Write compelling content for brand and product introductions, promotional materials, e-commerce marketing, and event information to enhance the brand image.
• Marketing Materials Production : Process marketing images and perform basic video editing to create visual content for various marketing channels.
• Social Media Operations : Manage and operate the brand's Chinese social media accounts, including WeChat Official Accounts, Little Red Book, Weibo, and Douyin, to enhance user interaction and brand exposure.
• Influencer and Live Event Activities : Select suitable KOLs and KOCs, assist with influencer collaborations or live events, to promote interaction and engagement between the brand and consumers.
• Community Operations : Manage brand communities, activate the community atmosphere, organize interactive activities, and increase brand loyalty.

• 内容创作 撰写品牌 产品介绍 宣传材料 电商营销及活动信息等相关文案 创造吸引人的内容以增强品牌形象
• 营销素材制作 处理营销图片 进行基础视频剪辑 为不同的营销渠道制作视觉内容
• 社交媒体运营 管理和运营品牌的中国社交媒体账号 包括微信公众号 小红书 微博 抖音等 增强用户互动和品牌曝光度
• 达人和直播活动 筛选合适的KOL和KOC 协助达人合作或直播等活动 促进品牌与消费者的互动和参与度
• 社群运营 管理品牌社群 激活社群氛围 组织互动活动 增加品牌忠诚度

Profil recherché

Internship Requirements :

• Final-year Master's degree students (M2 in Marketing, Management, Design, Literature, Media, Public Relations, etc.) who can provide a convention de stage, available to start by July 2024 at the latest
• Experience in brand operations, product operations, new media, or e-commerce, with a good sense of online trends.
• Familiar with Chinese social media and influencer operations, such as WeChat Official Accounts, Little Red Book, Weibo, and Douyin.
• Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English, French is a plus.
• Proficient in basic design software (such as Photoshop, Jianying, etc.).

Additional Qualifications :

• Excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
• Deep understanding or interest in e-commerce and the health product industry.
• Creative thinking ability to propose novel marketing strategies and ideas.
