Your role :
- The Dynatrace would be responsible for enhancing the architecture, performance tuning and Operational support in prod and non-prod environments.
- Recognize and onboarding new applications into Dynatrace
Your profile : Must have :
Must have :
- Strong knowledge and experience of Monitoring Applications using Dynatrace Tool.
- Manage APM resources to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
- Co-ordinate with Dynatrace team and other application vendors for problem investigation and resolution using Monitoring Tool.
- Knowledge in other tool sets like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Elk and related API monitoring integration; experience would be considered
- Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with agile delivery process and ceremonies
- Strong knowledge of data models, enrichment and automation

- Strong interpersonal-skills; role will require engagement with a varied and global internal customer base
- Negotiation and prioritisation skills; role will require the ability to negotiate and prioritise activities with senior stakeholders based on available resources
- Documentation skills in order to provide high quality documentation for internal customers and technical support teams
