As a Hardware Senior Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in our Wireless Internet of Things (W-IoT) Business Unit. Lead a team of digital design engineers, collaborating closely with experts across various disciplines to drive the development of advanced wireless communication solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of digital design engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute design strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Drive the design process from RTL specification to synthesis, verification, and FPGA implementation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive decision-making processes.
- Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications and requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital design
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical lead or managerial position.
- Proficiency in Verilog and understanding of digital design principles.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- Strong grasp of design flows and methodologies.
- Familiarity with SOC architecture and FPGA implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English.
- Authorization to work in France
