IT Support Specialist
Role Description & Responsibilities :
- Ensure office alignment to Corporate IT Standards and contribute to corporate projects.
- Provide IT support to Dassault Systèmes employees
- Conduct user orientation and training
- Maintain local IT infrastructure according to business needs and corporate policy (LAN, Server & Storage, Audio-visual, laptops, phones, printers)
- Ensure incident resolution based on Support SLA
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 5 years IT Support & Administration Experience
- Solid experience in client PC support in Windows environment
- Proficient in Windows server install and Cisco network / ISP management & troubleshooting
- Knowledge of systems and storage such as : NetApp, Pure Storage Administration and VMware
- Up to date certifications preferred (MCP, CCNA, etc.)
