Team Assistant
Responsibilities :
- Liaising with manager to support with a wide variety of tasks;
- Prepare materials prior to the weekly meeting;
- Provide in-time and professional assistance towards the department management;
- Act as one of the key contacts during cross-department correspondence / communication;
- Support the departments daily work;
- Other duties shall be assigned as required;
Requirements :
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Good English / French written and verbal communication skills;
- Motivated self-starter with good time management skills;
