Aufgaben :
- Unterstützung bestehender Kunden bei der Einführung, indem Sie ihnen helfen, APIs zu verstehen und zu nutzen.
- Beantwortung von funktionalen und technischen Fragen von Kunden.
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit in der gesamten Organisation (Produktentwicklung, Ingenieurwesen, Compliance, Operations und Vertrieb) zur Verbesserung von Prozessen und Entwicklung neuer Funktionen.
- Beratender Ansatz bei der Beantwortung von Fragen der Kunden.

Anforderungen :

- Vorherige Erfahrung im Pre-Sales, als Technical Account Manager oder Technical Project Manager.
