Your mission will BE to pilot cost controlling for the factory of GA Romania and ensure consolidated reporting to support company's management in business decision making : - Pilot plant budget activities- Contribute to the implementation of SAP for cost controlling module- Contribution to 3 Years' Strategic plan- Provide analysis and reporting to internal customers and Direction- Anticipate and validate periodic inventories- Determine optimization areas and advise operational managers for cost saving activities- Check & confirm BOM values after technical changes, new projects etc.

• Lead improvement activities to assure the plant cost controlling process is reliable and flows on time- Create robust systems to reduce time, efforts and to avoid mistakesTECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE · 5 / 7 Years of experience in similar position · Know how & experience about cost controlling processes in an industrial company (HVAC, manufacturing consumer goods, automotive) · Preferably Economics or Business administration education, Finance or Industrial engineering · Fluent English · Expertise in Excel · Experience in ERP is a mandatory (SAP S4 Hana is a plus) · Analytical thinking · Good organizational skills & rigor : right balance between reliability of data, deadline respect and quality of the reports.
