Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator plans, organizes, directs, control and evaluate all the activities which will help feed the supply chain operations.

Indeed, the coordination activities is to evaluate and analyze the customer machine portfolio under maintenance.

Key responsibilities :

• Ensure the analysis of customer portfolio in defining the spares to stock. Incumbent should be familiar with IT infrastructures technicality
• Collect all data from commercial / technical experts
• Share the work of the team with the demand planning department to ensure proper stock setting enabling SLA respect
• Ensure correctness of data with right spares and locations
• Complete list of equivalence helping stock optimization
• Automate the process and find improvements in executing daily work (standard list, new tools)
• Work collaboratively with all community stakeholders to establish appropriate prioritization of activities and to monitor progress against agreed objectives

Job requirements :

• Knowledge of the technical expertise of IT infrastructures OR first experience in Supply Chain
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to handle different level of communication within and outside of the company from hands-on to top management.

Working condition :

Necessarily based in an Evernex site in Europe (ideally Mitry / Aulnay)
