Project Manager End to End - Health W/M/D

With more than 100 sites in over 40 countries, the segment serves the markets of the food and beverage industry as well as manufacturers of pet food and fish food.

Whether we are designing effective flavor and masking solutions, pioneering probiotic gut health, providing veterinary solutions for pets, or enhancing performance in the aquaculture feed industry, we put health and well-being at the heart of what we do.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Health.

In this role, you will play a vital role in managing and leading global Health innovation projects. From ideation to successful launch, your responsibilities include delivering differentiated Health solutions (ingredients or services) that meet market needs.

You will achieve this by effectively coordinating multifunctional teams, ensuring resource allocation, and facilitating decision-making.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure scoping of the project in alignment with the project sponsor and internal / external stakeholders
• Structure project plan in meaningful working packages, gate stages, with reasonable timelines and allocate necessary resources to deliver goals & deliverables.

Trigger and manage the procurement process for outside / expert resources as required. Ensure full cooperation with potential external partners

Engage regularly with the multi-functional team members (scientists, regulatory, marketing, commercial, legal etc), organize regular project team and steering committee meetings to ensure smooth functioning and decision making.

Ensure appropriate level of communication on the projects with all relevant stakeholders

Document potential risks and ensure agreed appropriate strategies and actions are in place to mitigate disruptions to the project.

Identify deviations from planned project scope and planning and respond by escalating change requests as required

Collaborate with the PMO to ensure projects practices are aligned with the TN&H project management methodology including using the internal project management tools

What about you?

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in end-to-end project management , preferably within the Life Science sector, particularly in food supplements or functional food & beverages.

This individual should excel in multicultural , multinational , and matrixed organizational environments , possess strong business acumen , and be well-versed in industry trends within the nutrition and health field.

Their extensive knowledge should cover various aspects of health innovation , from consumer insights to marketing, research, regulatory compliance, Intellectual Property (IP), and Legal.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication , negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate must thrive in navigating ambiguity, displaying resilience and determination.

Holding a diploma in Project Management (e.g., PMP) and a Master's degree or Engineer diploma in life or food sciences is required.
