General Manager
The position reports to a management company and is responsible for the complete day to day operations of the property including planning, organizing, directing, and managing all departments under his / her jurisdiction.
The position requires a high-energy, enthusiastic individual who has an eye for detail. Especially critical to the position is the ability to focus on providing excellence in guest delivery systems and customer service, maintaining the unparalleled level of quality and service that is expected at this truly unique establishment.
The General Manager will coach and lead his / her team with a genuine can do attitude. He / she is proactive and will nurture and build effective teams, actively contributing to the selection, training and retention of high caliber personnel at all levels.
The selected individual will maintain a high profile with guests and be able to translate their needs and expectations to the owners to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction.
