We are looking for a full-time Stock Associate for our Vallée Village studio. As Stock Associate at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

Responsabilités
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the studio but also through the whole customer cycle. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience.
You take care of our valued customers at the studio and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by :
- Managing and executing omni channel services
- Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience
- Achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
- Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory
- The role involves overseeing the upkeep of the stockroom, managing inventory, and planning and coordinating all back-of-house (BOH) operational tasks.
Additionally, you will oversee receiving and processing deliveries, ensuring regular stock rotation, proper allocations, and adherence to correct processes and procedures.
- Dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer service with a focus on satisfaction and positive interactions.
- Expertly pricing, organizing, and presenting merchandise to create an appealing and customer-friendly shopping environment.
- Streamline the processing of inbound and outbound shipments with precision, managing the flow between distribution centers, among stores, and for client deliveries.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the retail space, encompassing tasks such as providing clients the best-in-class client experience, supplies and equipment management, and providing overall support.

Specific personal qualities for this role :
- Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Responsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner
Specific experience and knowledge for this role :
- Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service
- Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
- Fluent in French and English, which is a prerequisite for this position
