Apprenticeship – Document Control and Artificial Intelligence Administrator (F/M)

The Opportunity
As a member of our Worldline Group Quality Team, you will contribute to optimization of Process documentation and Management System site.
You will support the team to reinforce our capacity to ensure day-to-day activities : documents controlling, certifications management and process governance.
You will be in charge of some SharePoint and Power BI administration projects and will be a force of proposal during the conception phases.
This mission, at the Group level, is at the heart of the business, management & support Processes.
You will have the opportunity to understand the complex mechanisms of a company the size of Worldline
and to establish a broad, international network within the company and gather insights into the different areas.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Document control
Support document owners for the review, control and approval of regulated documents (policies, processes, procedures)
- the documentation based on existing Worldline templates and requirements (roles and responsibilities, flow charts, KPIs )
- proactively and remind document owners about outdated documents and reviews needed
Report on the progress and issues encountered
Artificial Intelligence administration
- GPT content maintenance (creation, update and deletion of regulated documents versions) for the Worldline Management System
- creation and test of new contents (FAQ, URL locations, )
- of users (ChatGPT user guideline, contents scope, )
- with Worldline AI team (for level 2 technical assistance)
- of user feedbacks (demands, testimonials, defects, improvement proposals, )

- strong written and communication skills with English as the mandatory written / spoken language
- able to work in multi-cultural (FR, BE, UK, DE, ES, India, ) and multi-disciplinary environment (Quality, Security, Risk, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, )

- in documentation management and Artificial Intelligence
