Uxopian Software is comprised of 40 employees, including 25 developers, distributed across 3 teams dedicated to each of our products.

Our Team

You will join a human-sized team consisting of a Product Manager, Tech Lead, Lead Dev, UX / UI specialist, and 3 developers, specializing in the design of our BPM / ECM product developed in Java.

We currently use the Spring framework and GWT for the interface, with plans to replace the latter with another interface framework still under consideration (likely React or Svelte).

Our product is also available as a hosted SaaS on AWS, which we manage. We work closely with the ArchOps team on network security, operations, and architecture issues related to AWS technologies.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Technical design of developments and estimation of their implementation
• Developing features in accordance with the specifications
• Contributing to the industrialization of our platforms
• Participating in technical decisions related to the product
• Playing a role in technological watch, continuous improvement of processes, know-how, and development best practices

In addition to these responsibilities, through this position, we also aim to address the following points for our English-speaking clients and partners :

Currently focusing on improving the user experience of our product, tackling new technological challenges, and maintaining our product in terms of security, robustness, and accessibility.

We are looking for a developer with the following responsibilities :

• Technical expertise around our product
• Assistance in the implementation of integrations
• Analysis & resolution of problems

The various team members are located in Paris, Bordeaux, Niort, and La Rochelle, either on-site or working remotely 100%.

We meet once a month in Paris.

Our vision of the position :

Within a month, you will be comfortable with our corporate culture and our FlowerDocs product in terms of functionalities and technologies.

Within 3 months, you will be able to :

• Independently conduct occasional meetings with our clients and partners to assist them in integrating and using our product
• Lead technical design discussions around the product
• Provide guidance to junior developers on technical issues

Your Technical Skills and Human Qualities :
