YOUR ROLE
As part of the Customer Service Department, you will aid our Italien and foreign customers and distributors in their use of our software.
You will also organize and conduct training sessions at our offices or our customers' facilities.
Your main responsibilities will be :
- Responding to users' technical problems and guiding them in their use of the software
- Assisting our customers and distributors with software installations in Windows and Linux environments
- Conducting training sessions on site or at the customer's premises
YOUR HARD SKILLS
- Experience in the field of materials science or materials engineering
- Solid background in forming processes (forging, casting; welding, )
- Good knowledge of numerical simulation (finite elements / continuum mechanics)
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint
- If you have used our software before, it’s a plus

CONTRACT AND WORKIND CONDITIONS
- Permanent contract, with cadre (executive) status
