Mission

We are looking for a brilliant Front-End engineer to build Comand AI's next generation solution for commanding defence operations.

As one of the very first employees, you will have a massive impact on our product trajectory. Your core missions will be :

• Design, build & maintain world-class applications for the planning and conduct of defence operations in collaboration with the product, design and data teams.
• Own critical parts of the product and maintain high standards of quality in the codebase and its lifecycle.
• Write robust code that will be used alongside critical systems.

• You are pragmatic with a hacker mindset. You seek to centralise and abstract complexity away from our users in order to expose simple, powerful applications for consumers.
• You worked on complex product development projects end-to-end, you know how to design, test and ship applications.
• You want to join a tightly-knit team to step change defence, starting from bold ideas

Requirements

While we prefer candidates who cover the entire skill set, don't hesitate to apply if you're not an exact match, as we're willing to help you grow in certain areas.

• Good experience in building modern software architectures following the DDD approach, Dependency Injection Containers and Result Objects.
• Strong coding skills in ES6+ / TypeScript, Svelte / Sveltekit, Mobx / Mobx-Keystone or similar frameworks (eg : React, Redux )
• Excellent engineering skills with best practices for ensuring code quality, clean coding, testing (Vitest), peer-reviewing, CI / CD, git workflows.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance in France

Bonus

• Familiarity with UX, internationalisation, and localization concerns and solutions.
• Experience with the development of offline Web applications

Salary Range

• Starting from 80k€ + Equity (BSPCE)
