Visual Merchandising Designer H/F
Our client, key player in the beauty sector, is looking for his new Visual Merchandising Designer.In support of the VM Manager and VM designers, create or adapt VM assets in conformity with brand equity and directions given by Global, Marketing and Creative teams keeping timing and quality requirements.
Partners with the VM Manager to create launch guidelines, planograms and regional assets.Work hand by hands with our Store Design Team to implement our new SD&VM concept.
Comes in support for all affiliates and implement regular communications with affiliates to receive feedbacks and support in generalVisual Merchandising Responsibilities- Support and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager in the execution of the following : .
- Create or adapt the VM assets for each launch in conformity with brand equity and directions given by Global, Marketing and Creative teams link to all our new collections.
- Initiate and develop tools to aid markets with keeping up to date with new collateral launches and new merchandising guidelines.
- Create Mockups (Photoshop) for each project to visualize the assets intentions.- Develop technical drawings (DTO) of VM assets & Build VM guidelines.
- Update lineups, schematics, planogram for different store concepts.- Good communication and coordination among various departments.
- Identify and suggest areas of improvements to increase visibility and brand presence at POS.- Generate competitive intelligence : BE up-to-date on competition & identify best practices to scale.
Communication and Organization- Maintain constant contact with SD, VM, Production team and our regional Marketing team.- Ensure Constant optimization of work tools, processes and communication.
- Keep up-to-date all the follow up tools.- BA or BS in Graphic / Art school type of ENSAD, École Boulle, ENSAAMA, Penninghen, LISAA.
- French and English fluent.- Minimum 3 years experience.- Team player, organized and creative.- Location : Neuilly sur Seine.
