Job Overview
We are recruiting for a Technical Trainer based in France to fill an opportunity in EMEA / CIS.
You will be accountable for the training of all Trimble Agricultural products for our customers and internal staff in the region.
In this role you will report to the Technical Sales Manager, EMEA / CIS for direction to ensure the overall regional training goals are met to drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, hands-on coaching to the Trimble Ag Distribution partners, Regional Sales Managers and Regional Sales Engineers.
You will also be involved in the development of world class Precision Farming training centers across the region.
Your Impact
- and deliver both remote and on-site trainings for the region
- materials that drive technical and sales trainings
- closely with Sales Engineers to support training needs in the region
- a structured training curriculum with a set program for the year

- technologies that can drive better training practices like online tools or others
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Degree in Agricultural Machinery or Equipment Mechanization
- of Agricultural machinery (tractors, sprayers, harvesters)
- organising and prioritising skills
- written and verbal communication skills, both in French and English language
- of urgency, drive and highly motivated
- to travel frequently across EMEA and CIS regions (50% of the time)
