MAIN MISSIONS
You will be reporting to the TLC Innovation Marketing Director based in Suresnes.
Your role will be to develop the cooking use of The Laughing Cow. Your main missions will be to :
Build clear, robust roadmaps for the scope to feed into the brand’s 5-year strategy :
- Carry out a holistic diagnosis, including P&L, in order to build a clear vision of the main business opportunities and challenges within its perimeter;
- Identify and validate strategic innovation priorities;
- Lead ideation processes when relevant to feed these strategic axes with projects.
Manage and lead innovation projects for the TLC brand in multi-country context integrating different marketing realities :
- Define project outlines and build, adjust or update associated Business case (project potential, financial assumptions);
- Fin areas of convergence in order to consolidate our initiatives;
- Brief and support R&S teams in product and packaging development;
- Set up in collaboration with the SI teams the consumer studies needed to ensure the smooth running of projects, analyze, recommend and carry out the corrective actions required;
- Develop and finalize the product mix, align the launch strategy, develop the pack design and the associated launch campaign;
- Organize communications, prepare and present topics to validation bodies : CODEV, COPIL etc.;
- Monitor innovation projects launched
Managing renovation projects (cooking / OOH range) :
- Superiority projects : optimizing the organoleptic, nutritional or functional performance of our products;
- Formula performance : optimize the profitability of our ranges;
- Organize communications, prepare and present subjects to validation bodies : CODEV, COPIL etc.
Cooking / Meals communication
- Define the cooking / meals communication and activation strategy;
- Lead the development of global communication and activation toolkits in collaboration with our internal partners (IMC, Corporate teams, Legal ) & external partners (communication agencies, media, );
- Support countries in the defining their communication and activation plans;
- Monitor the campaigns effectiveness.
Collaborate with countries on various issues related to brand strategy :
Take into account and respond to country requests / needs in terms of development on initiatives in line with our framework of expertise : needs linked to portfolio strategies, adjustment of launch campaigns, renovations (COGS, product superiority etc.
bring the voice of countries to group bodies (e.g. brand CODEV)
PROFIL
- You have 7 to 10 years’ experience in marketing at Senior Product Manager and / or Group Manager level and have develop significant skills in innovation & renovation;
- On previous assignments, you have demonstrated your leadership skills and your ability to drive and accelerate change in a complex environment;
- You are agile and work unconditionally with cross-functional teams;
- You are recognized for your business and marketing skills, which have enabled you to build and deploy competitive strategies in competitive environments;
- Finally, you have a very good command of English
