Petroplan a le plaisir de soutenir un producteur d'énergie indépendant (IPP) international de premier plan, spécialisé dans les énergies renouvelables.
Avec une forte présence aux Etats-Unis, au Royaume-Uni, en France, en Italie, en Pologne et en Espagne, notre client recherche un développeur de projet très motivé pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique en France.
Localisation : Hauts-de-France ; Idéal Amiens, Arras, Abbeville ou Lille
En tant qu'ingénieur en développement de projets, vous serez principalement responsable de l'identification des terrains et de la négociation des contrats avec les propriétaires fonciers pour les projets d'énergie renouvelable éolienne.
Responsabilités :
- Mener le processus d'identification des terrains et négocier les contrats d'achat / location avec les propriétaires fonciers.
- Soutenir et suivre la gestion de projet de notre portefeuille.
- Augmenter notre portefeuille de projets de centrales éoliennes par l'acquisition de terrains.
- Coordonner et soutenir tous les départements internes concernés.
- Gérer et superviser les différentes phases du développement des projets.
Exigences :
- Diplôme universitaire ou postuniversitaire en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe. Une maîtrise dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables sera considérée comme un atout.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de négociation.
- Une expérience préalable dans les projets d'énergie renouvelable est souhaitable.
- Maîtrise du français (langue maternelle) et de l'anglais (niveau B2).
- Disponibilité pour voyager dans la région des Hauts-de-France.
- Permis de conduire (B).
