International Project Management - Internship

Responsibilities / Missions :

Under the guidance and support of the management, you will manage various internal and external projects in line with the company's strategy and mission.

As part of a close-knit and supportive team, you will have a 360 view of the company.

External Project Management (70%) :

• Project Management Talent Partner Africa :
• Strategic support as Group Talent Partner Africa.
• Assistance in recruiting key talents internationally.
• Market research to support our clients' expansion in the African market.
• Support for our clients' HR management platform.
• Talent Partner France :
• Managing the talent acquisition process, assisting clients in recruiting the best international candidates.
• Conducting market studies to provide essential data on European markets.
• Coordinating projects to facilitate business meetings between clients and potential partners.
• Supporting Startup&Angels France as needed to increase member satisfaction, identify new event partners, and organize successful networking events in France and new European markets.

Internal Project Management (30%) :

• Digital Project Management :
• Supporting digital marketing activities for INAUTALENT (production of visual content, articles, newsletters, and website updates).
• Managing our Talent Acquisition platform.
• Participating in internal process improvement efforts.

Requirements

Candidate Profile :

• Final-year bachelor or masters student in a business school, engineering school, or similar field, with a successful first experience in project management, consulting, or recruitment.
• Fluent in French and English , both spoken and written.
• Positive attitude and desire to evolve within a dynamic international team.
• Fast learning ability and proactivity.
• Team spirit, attention to detail, and willingness to take on challenges.
• Interest in the startup ecosystem.
• Computer skills : proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, Linkedin, and collaboration tools. Knowledge of customer relationship management and marketing automation would be a plus.

Duration :

• Full-time 6-month internship
• Start Date : June 2024.
