Administrative and Business Operations Coordinator
Description
Responsible for Administrative / Logistics tasks for Business & Marketing needs.
Ensure efficient coordination of Health Care Compliance processes, documents and data management.
Being the coordinator between Dental Authorities (ONCD), local Leadership and Envista Legal team.
Serve as Health Care Compliance resource for day to-day processes :
- Ensure Health Care Compliance regarding contract / document management process according to national and organizational standards.
- Ensure efficient handling of contracts / documents used within the marketing and sales organization.
- Interface with the Global Legal team and local functions regarding Health Care Compliance matters.
- Collect, consolidate and upload information in relation to the Transparence’ database.
- Ensure quality content and efficient handling of conventions with National Dental Authorities (ONCD)
- Tradeshows / advantages / Invitations / honorariums declaration to the Dental Counsel and the ARS (Agence Regionale de Santé)
- Registration conventions setup
Administrative and logistic tasks Events & Marketing related :
- Supplier contracts management
- New Suppliers Setup
- Preparation and shipping of marketing material for events
- On-site events coordination
- Data analysis and reporting
- Commercial external communications (product & sales updates)
- Build and execute the advertising media plan
Job Requirements :
1-2 years' experience in position related to Administration, Business operations or Marketing
Native French language skills
Fluent English language skills
Microsoft Office experience
Bachelor degree
Ability to travel & work odd hours / weekends at Events mainly in Paris
Teamwork and role model attitude
Strong customer-oriented skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong prioritization and planning to ensure successful execution of strategy and plans
Secure structured project management and communication with other teams
Strategic as well as operational work.
Previous experience with Health Care Compliance matters is an advantage
